Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Ilian Grigorov is an entrepreneur, investor, and healthcare executive with extensive experience in health services and management. He is the founder and chairman of Blue Longevity Clinic and Blocks Health, which operate rehabilitation hospitals and senior living facilities in Greece and Bulgaria. He previously founded City Clinic, later Acibadem City Clinic — Bulgaria's largest healthcare provider. He built a successful career in M&A and private equity at Soros Funds Management and KPMG Corporate Finance. He holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master's in Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota, a Master's in Senior Housing & Hospitality from the University of Southern California, and is currently completing a Master's in Clinical Operations at Harvard.

Blagoy Palev is an entrepreneur and former commercial banker with extensive experience in SME financing and business transformation. He began his career in banking with major financial institutions in Bulgaria before moving into entrepreneurship, where he acquired, restructured, and sold one of the country's leading road construction companies.

He is a startup mentor and investor, board member of the Tuk-Tam Foundation and independent board member of Smart Organic JSC. He completed specialized programs in innovation and artificial intelligence at Harvard University, MIT and UC Berkeley, and founded AI Recurring Results Consulting. At Blue Longevity he supports the development of the AI-native model with a focus on client experience, personalization of care and digital infrastructure.
