Every client at Blue Longevity starts with the same baseline assessment. Specialized modules and follow-up come after that — built on a common, measurable foundation.

LONGEVITY — flagship package
One session, 80+ markers and a personal plan. This is the foundation, without which the next steps have no starting point.
How to choose a package, how long it takes and how it leads to therapy — in brief.
What are the longevity programmes?
The longevity programmes at Blue Longevity Clinic in Sofia combine diagnostics, physician interpretation and therapies in one tracked plan. The base is the Longevity package with 80+ biomarkers across 11 organ systems, while add-on packages cover epigenetic age, genetics, cardiovascular risk and the gut microbiome.
Which programme should you choose?
If you are starting out — the Longevity package for a full baseline. For digestive complaints, bloating or hard-to-control weight — the Gut Health & Microbiome package. For a family history of heart attack or stroke — the cardiovascular package. For "how fast am I ageing" — epigenetic age.
How long does a programme last?
The diagnostic part is one day at the clinic (about 2 hours). The report and plan follow in 14–21 working days. The therapy block typically spans 8–12 weeks, after which key biomarkers are repeated to measure progress.
Are therapies included in the programmes?
Therapies are prescribed after the results so they match real findings. Most often these are IHHT, hyperbaric oxygen, cryotherapy, red light, NAD+ and IV infusions, ozone therapy and lymphatic drainage — each with a clear biomarker to track.
