    In short

An infrared sauna heats the body directly with infrared waves at 45–60 °C instead of heating the air. A session lasts 30–45 minutes. The lower temperature allows longer exposure, deep sweating, cardiovascular support and relaxation of the nervous system.

    What is it?

The infrared sauna operates at lower temperatures than a traditional sauna, but the heat penetrates deeper into the tissues. This stimulates sweating from deeper layers and facilitates detoxification.

The session is pleasant and gentle — suitable even for people who don't tolerate a classic sauna well.

Infrared Sauna is part of our comprehensive approach to longevity — a combination of diagnostics, therapies and continuous monitoring for a longer, healthier life.
