What a longevity doctor does
A standard check-up looks for disease. A longevity doctor looks at trajectory: how cardiovascular risk, metabolic health, muscle mass and cognitive resilience are moving while you are still healthy.
The work starts with measurement — extended lab panels, biological age, VO₂ max, body composition — and ends with a prioritised plan for nutrition, exercise, sleep and, where medically justified, therapies.
