What a longevity clinic actually does
Conventional medicine is built to treat disease once it exists. Longevity medicine works one step earlier: it quantifies your trajectory across the four drivers of early mortality — cardiovascular, metabolic, oncological and neurodegenerative — and intervenes while the underlying processes are still reversible.
In practice that means measuring markers most check-ups skip: ApoB and Lp(a) rather than total cholesterol alone, fasting insulin and HOMA-IR rather than glucose alone, hs-CRP, homocysteine, full thyroid and sex hormone panels, micronutrients, body composition, resting metabolic rate and epigenetic age.
Built for people relocating to or working in Sofia
Many of our patients are expats and international executives who lost continuity of care when they moved. We consolidate everything into a single annual diagnostic day and a digital Longevity Passport you can share with any physician, anywhere.
All consultations, reports and protocols are delivered in English, and follow-ups can be done remotely when you travel.
How we work
First a physician consultation and detailed history. Then a two-hour diagnostic day at the clinic. Results are integrated into one prioritized report rather than a stack of lab PDFs, and reviewed with you in person or online.
From there we agree a protocol — nutrition, training, sleep, supplementation and, where indicated, medical therapies — and re-measure the key markers every three to six months.
